The service provided by Kingsland was satisfactory overall. The hotels and taxis were always available. However, the Jaipur driver seemed to be trying to cheat us by taking us to expensive restaurants for commissions and booking guides without our consent. We were unhappy with his behavior. Additionally, the Jaisalmer desert camp did not meet our expectations.
