Overview
ITINERY - Day 1: Jaisalmer City Sightseeing
After arriving at Jaisalmer Railway Station or Airport, your driver will take you to your hotel. After a short rest, start exploring the “Golden City” of Rajasthan.
You will first visit Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Kila), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This living fort has palaces, Jain temples, and narrow streets filled with shops. From the top, you can see the entire city.
Next, explore the beautiful Patwon Ki Haveli, a group of five havelis with detailed carvings. Then move to Salim Singh Haveli, famous for its unique peacock-shaped roof. After that, see Nathmal Ki Haveli, which shows a mix of Rajput and Islamic design.
In the afternoon, enjoy lunch with a view of the fort and later walk through the local market for handicrafts and souvenirs.
In the evening, relax at Gadisar Lake where you can take a boat ride and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. End your day with traditional Rajasthani dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

- Amendment Policy:- Any changes in travel dates, hotels, or itinerary will be subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for modifications made after booking confirmation.
- Changes requested less than 7 days before departure may not be accepted.
- Inclusions & Exclusions:- Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary shared with the customer. Any services not mentioned in the package will be considered as additional and chargeable.
- Responsibility:- The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other events beyond our control. Travelers must carry valid ID proof and travel documents during the trip. The company will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings during the journey.
- Health & Safety:- Guests are advised to carry necessary medicines and inform the company of any medical conditions in advance. The company is not liable for any health issues or accidents during the trip.
- Child & Extra Bed Policy:- Children below 5 years may be allowed free stay without an extra bed (subject to hotel policy). Extra bed charges will apply as per hotel rules.
- Unutilized Services:- No refunds will be made for any unused services, meals, or sightseeing tours once the package has started.
- Disputes:- All disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
Payment Policy
- 1st Installment – Token Amount:- A token amount is required at the time of booking to confirm your package.
- 2nd Installment – 20% of Package Cost:- After a few days of booking, 20% of the total package cost must be paid. Once this payment is received, our team will share the hotel confirmation vouchers.
- 3rd Installment – 30% of Package Cost:- After receiving your hotel confirmation voucher, you will need to pay 30% of the total package cost.
- 4th Installment – 50% of Package Cost:- The remaining 50% of the package cost must be paid upon arrival/start of the trip.
- Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash.
- Any bank or transaction charges will be borne by the customer.
- Note: Payment policies may vary during peak seasons and on blackout dates.
Cancellation Policy
- If the Trip is canceled more than 30 days before the starting date, 25% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 16-30 days before the starting date, 40% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 7-15 days before the starting date, 55% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 3-6 days before the starting date, 70% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled within 0-2 days before the starting date, 85% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- In the case of No Show, 100% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees. No Refund & No Amendment allowed during the Diwali period, Christmas, New Year period, and Long weekends.
- Note: No days for cancellation will be counted by first contact and check-in time and date. the first contact will be considered when you first email / WhatsApp our salesperson cancellation request.
