1. Cancellation Policy

For Tour Packages

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee; no refunds will be issued.

For Day Tours

• 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligible Refunds: Refunds will only be provided for bookings canceled according to our cancellation policy above.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Any non-refundable fees, such as booking fees, service charges, or third-party charges, are excluded from the refund.

3. Changes to Bookings

• Modification Fees: Any changes made to your booking may be subject to additional charges depending on availability and the nature of the modifications.
• Availability of Services: All modifications are subject to availability and confirmation by Kingsland Holiday.

4. No-Show Policy

• No Refunds: If you fail to show up for a tour or trip without prior notification, no refund will be issued.

5. Cancellations by Kingsland Holiday

In rare circumstances where we must cancel a tour, you will have the following options:

• Full Refund: A 100% refund of all payments made.
• Alternative Tour Options: We will offer alternative tour options or reschedule your tour to a later date, subject to availability.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), our cancellation policy may be adjusted. We will provide updates based on the situation and offer rescheduling options or refunds where applicable.
