Day 1
Jaipur City Tour – Welcome to the Pink City
Overview
On arrival in Jaipur, your driver will meet you at the railway station or airport and take you to your hotel. After a short break, begin your city tour. Start with Jal Mahal, a palace in the middle of Man Sagar Lake, famous for its calm beauty and photo spots. Next, visit the grand Amer Fort, known for its Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) and traditional art. After lunch near the fort, continue to Jaigarh Fort, which houses Jaivana, the world’s largest cannon on wheels, and offers scenic views of the Aravalli Hills. Later, visit Nahargarh Fort for a breathtaking sunset view and enjoy snacks at Padao Restaurant inside the fort. In the evening, watch the Light and Sound Show at Amer Fort, which tells the history of Jaipur. End your day with a traditional Rajasthani dinner.

- Amendment Policy:- Any changes in travel dates, hotels, or itinerary will be subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications made after booking confirmation.
- Changes requested less than 7 days before departure may not be accepted.
- Inclusions & Exclusions:- Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary shared with the customer. Any services not mentioned in the package will be considered as additional and chargeable.
- Responsibility:- The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other events beyond our control. Travelers must carry valid ID proof and travel documents during the trip. The company will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings during the journey.
- Health & Safety:- Guests are advised to carry necessary medicines and inform the company of any medical conditions in advance. The company is not liable for any health issues or accidents during the trip.
- Child & Extra Bed Policy:- Children below 5 years may be allowed free stay without an extra bed (subject to hotel policy). Extra bed charges will apply as per hotel rules.
- Unutilized Services:- No refunds will be made for any unused services, meals, or sightseeing tours once the package has started.
- Disputes:- All disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
Payment Policy
- 1st Installment – Token Amount:- A token amount is required at the time of booking to confirm your package.
- 2nd Installment – 20% of Package Cost:- After a few days of booking, 20% of the total package cost must be paid. Once this payment is received, our team will share the hotel confirmation vouchers.
- 3rd Installment – 30% of Package Cost:- After receiving your hotel confirmation voucher, you will need to pay 30% of the total package cost.
- 4th Instalment – 50% of Package Cost:- The remaining 50% of the package cost must be paid upon arrival/start of the trip.
- Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash.
- Any bank or transaction charges will be borne by the customer.
- Note: Payment policies may vary during peak seasons and on blackout dates.
Cancellation Policy
- If the Trip is canceled more than 30 days before the starting date, 25% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 16-30 days before the starting date, 40% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 7-15 days before the starting date, 55% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 3-6 days before the starting date, 70% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled within 0-2 days before the starting date, 85% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- In the case of No Show, 100% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- No Refund & No Amendment allowed during the Diwali period, Christmas, New Year period, and Long weekends.
- Note: No days for cancellation will be counted by first contact and check-in time and date. the first contact will be considered when you first email / WhatsApp our salesperson cancellation request.
