Welcome to the charming land of North East city of india. An agent’s representative will receive you at the Gangtok airport and escort you to your hotel. Upon arrival, register yourself at the reception and relax for some time. The first day of your vacation trip to Gangtok can be spent at leisure. Stroll around the local markets or satisfy the palate with scrumptious Tibetan food. You can spend the rest of the day at leisure or go for a walk to Mahatma Gandhi (MG) Marg Gangtok, a great place to chill out in the evenings. The country's first litter and spit-free zone, no vehicular traffic is allowed into the Marg. After a well-spent day, come back to the hotel to mark an end to your first day of North East Gangtok holiday.

- Amendment Policy:- Any changes in travel dates, hotels, or itinerary will be subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for modifications made after booking confirmation.
- Changes requested less than 7 days before departure may not be accepted.
- Inclusions & Exclusions:- Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary shared with the customer. Any services not mentioned in the package will be considered as additional and chargeable.
- Responsibility:- The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, natural calamities, or other events beyond our control. Travelers must carry valid ID proof and travel documents during the trip. The company will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings during the journey.
- Health & Safety:- Guests are advised to carry necessary medicines and inform the company of any medical conditions in advance. The company is not liable for any health issues or accidents during the trip.
- Child & Extra Bed Policy:- Children below 5 years may be allowed free stay without an extra bed (subject to hotel policy). Extra bed charges will apply as per hotel rules.
- Unutilized Services:- No refunds will be made for any unused services, meals, or sightseeing tours once the package has started.
- Disputes:- All disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
Payment Policy
- 1st Installment – Token Amount:- A token amount is required at the time of booking to confirm your package.
- 2nd Installment – 20% of Package Cost:- After a few days of booking, 20% of the total package cost must be paid. Once this payment is received, our team will share the hotel confirmation vouchers.
- 3rd Installment – 30% of Package Cost:- After receiving your hotel confirmation voucher, you will need to pay 30% of the total package cost.
- 4th Installment – 50% of Package Cost:- The remaining 50% of the package cost must be paid upon arrival/start of the trip.
Cancellation Policy
- If the Trip is canceled more than 30 days before the starting date, 25% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 16-30 days before the starting date, 40% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 7-15 days before the starting date, 55% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 3-6 days before the starting date, 70% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
