- Health & Safety:- Guests are advised to carry necessary medicines and inform the company of any medical conditions in advance. The company is not liable for any health issues or accidents during the trip.
- Child & Extra Bed Policy:- Children below 5 years may be allowed free stay without an extra bed (subject to hotel policy). Extra bed charges will apply as per hotel rules.

Payment Policy
- 1st Instalment – Token Amount A token amount is required at the time of booking to confirm your package.
- 2nd Instalment – 20% of Package Cost After a few days of booking, 20% of the total package cost must be paid. Once this payment is received, our team will share the hotel confirmation vouchers.
- 3rd Instalment – 30% of Package Cost After receiving your hotel confirmation voucher, you will need to pay 30% of the total package cost.
- 4th Instalment – 50% of Package Cost The remaining 50% of the package cost must be paid upon arrival/start of the trip.
- Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash.
- Any bank or transaction charges will be borne by the customer.
- Note: Payment policies may vary during peak seasons and on blackout dates.
Cancellation Policy
- If the Trip is canceled more than 30 days before the starting date, 25% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 16-30 days before the starting date, 40% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 7-15 days before the starting date, 55% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled between 3-6 days before the starting date, 70% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- If the Trip is canceled within 0-2 days before the starting date, 85% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- In the case of No Show, 100% of the total land package cost will be cancellation fees.
- No Refund & No Amendment allowed during the Diwali period, Christmas, New Year period, and Long weekends.
