safety tips
- Listen to Your Guide: The people who are helping you with your camel safari are experts! They know all about camels and how to ride them safely. Pay close attention when they give you instructions. Ask questions if you don’t understand something!
- Check Your Camel’s Gear: Before you hop on, take a quick look at the saddle or seat on your camel. Make sure it looks secure and is fastened well. If anything looks loose or wobbly, tell your guide right away.
- Dress Right: Wear comfortable clothes that aren’t too loose and flowy, as they might get in the way. Longer sleeves and pants can help protect you from the sun and any rubbing from the saddle. Good, closed-toe shoes are also a must – no flip-flops!.
- Wait for the Camel to Kneel: Camels are usually trained to kneel down to let you get on and off. Never try to climb on a standing camel! Wait until your guide tells you it’s okay and the camel is kneeling.
- Sit Properly: Sit comfortably in the saddle or seat, keeping your balance. Try to sit upright and not lean too far to one side.
- Hold On When Needed: Especially if the camel is going up or down a hill, or if it starts to move faster, make sure you are holding on securely.
- Stay Calm and Quiet: Camels are usually calm animals, but sudden loud noises or jerky movements can startle them. Try to be calm and speak in a normal voice during your ride.

Our Personal experience On Rambagh palace, jaipur
A Reflection of Our Experiences at the Rambagh Palace, Jaipur
Although good, pictures do little justice when it comes to Santa Barbara’s rendition of the Maharaja’s abode of the Rambagh Palace; it was like viewing a royal fairy tale, at least to think! As soon as we stepped inside the walls of the historic palace, we were left speechless with the enormousness and beauty of the palace. The spacious green lawns aside, the breathtaking construction of red and pink sandstones and the friendly folks around made us feel nothing short of emperors themselves.
While touring the individuals places, we also found it impossible to turn our attention away from the beautiful detailing as well as the sophisticated appearance of the palace. The experience of walking around the corridors and Mughal Garden was quite fulfilling as well. There was something enchanting about the fountains and colorful plants all around.
Inside the palace, the first hall that we entered, the Durbar Hall, had soaring ceilings and room upon room of glimmering glassware, chandeliers, and other embellishments that were simply extraordinary. Every chamber and nook we explored was a reminder of the opulence of the regal times, and it was even more interesting to think that the Maharajas had resided in this place.
One of the most memorable aspects of the trip was having dinner at the fine dining restaurant. I have tried Rajasthani cuisine before, and this was a real treat with all the pomp of the interiors, and the service. The people were so sweet and attentive that they just topped the experience. The last part is a Spa, located within the palace where we enjoyed as we fondly called it, ‘the sweet escape’. The massage therapies were great and rejuvenated us completely.
And before we departed, we bought something from the gift shop as a last-minute remembrance. We bought interesting mementos from the trip including some hand-made traditional fabrics and a beautiful ornament. To sum up, Red Fort is one of those places you can never forget. More than a destination, it is an experience that lingers. Premier memories are what we came back with along Jaipur’s nobility, history, and culture.
